I thnk people will be caught between a rock and a hard place. There are some families who take a vacation every year and go somewhere either by car, plane, train or boat.
Perhaps those who are planning to take a vacation this year will make sacrifices elsewhere in their budget so that they can go on their vacation.
And yes, those who will vacation in their local hometowns will stimulate the local economy because their dollars will remain local.
