LOVED it! Your beginning segment and explanation of new urban living was perfect as well. The points you brought up about shopping locally was of particular interest to me. I look forward to working together on an episode in the new future.
Hi from Texas!!! Way to go girl!!!
Awesome show!! I loved the entire thing. You are a natural at this
Sharon, you did an awesome job! Sounded like you have been doing them forever! Love it!
I can’t wait to come home tonight and pour some wine or coffee and listen! (work beckons now). But I did have a few minutes to do the youtube video last night and was struck by the developers offense at ‘fake cities.’ How true is that! Epcot trying to be France, that’s fake; I worked as a manager in a shop next to the Kentlands project as it was just opening. It was amazing to see how it has evolved.
Love your stuff, Sharon. Back tonight to the podcast
Carole unfortunately as you likely know this is a common complaint of new urbanism communities – even where I live.

Just because a community is created to look like another community doesn’t make it “fake” – it’s called using common sense, best practices and repeating what works
Sharon, common sense you say. What a novel idea lol
Very interesting concept–thank you!
Way to go Mama!
